McDONALD, Terrance “Terry” Joseph
Passed peacefully at CAMA Woodlands Long Term Care on Tuesday, October 4th 2022 at the age of 87. Loving husband of the late Beverley McDonald (nee MacFarlane) (d. Nov 2021); dear father of Sharyn (Alan) Gibbins; and proud grandfather of Michael Terrance (Jes Amora), Matthew Alan (Sam Hamilton) and Jennifer Ann (Terick Mastroianni). Terry was also the dear brother of Marie Levangie and Jeanette McDonald and the late Kenny McDonald. Terry is fondly remembered by all for his selfless generosity, his love for animals, his passion for music and dancing and for his never-ending stories about his time spent in Tuffs Cove and Chad Bay in Halifax, and his campsite trailer in Maine. He was a very special man who will be terribly missed but it is some comfort in knowing that he is now with the love of his life and resting peacefully.
A celebration of Terry’s life will take place at a later date. For those who wish, donations in Terry’s honour to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
