Peacefully at Billings Court Manor, Burlington on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Vincent Kubilis (July 6, 2002). Loving mother of Kathy Cassidy, Debbie Urbani, Karen Gray and William Kubilis (Patricia). Cherished grandmother of Joshua (Marci), Jayson, Michelle (Daryl)and Lauren (Nathan). Predeceased by her brother Robert Phillips. Teresa was a long-time member and contributor of the Royal Botanical Gardens. Special thank you to the staff at Billings Court Manor for their care and compassion. As per Teresa’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. Vigil Prayers 4:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 287 Plains Road East, Burlington on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 10 a.m. Urn interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Teresa are asked to please consider the Alzheimer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
