After a courageous two year battle with cancer, it is with broken hearts the family announce the passing of Tammy at Juravinski Hospital on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the age of 51. Predeceased by her beloved husband Eddie Jr. Partito (2011). Loved mother of Katie Gerber (Jonathan), Eddie Partito and Tony Partito. Cherished daughter of Edward and Theresa Rayner. Predeceased by her brother Teddy Rayner. Dear aunt of Tesa Rayner, David and Chris Gerow; sister-in-law of Anna Gerow/Partito (Dave) and special friend of Tina Cherubin. Missed also by many nieces, nephews and countless friends. Tammy was the proud owner and operator of Senior Homecare by Angels. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
