Passed away at his home on Sunday May 16, 2021 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by his wife, Liz (nee Martin) in 1997 as well as his daughter Stephanie. He will be deeply missed by his son and daughter in law, Steve (Alisha) and grandchildren Breanna, Caleb and Ethan. Will be fondly remembered by his siblings Mary-Jo (William), Susan (William), Michael (Mary), Christopher and Randy. Predeceased by his brother John. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday May 21, 2021 from 7pm until 9pm.In accordance with provincial regulations, there is a limit to the number of visitors who may attend at one time. Please RSVP in advance. If you are having difficulty with the online RSVP, please call the Funeral Home between 9a.m. - 5 p.m. All visitors are asked to wear a face mask and are to remain in their cars until their allotted time. A private family interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in memory of Steven to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
