Bogoslowski/Storoschuk, Stella (nee Dykun)
Passed away peacefully in Hamilton on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her first husband Peter Storoschuk (1978). Stella found love again with her husband Alexander Bogoslowski for 40 years. Loving mother of David Storoschuk (Lisa), and step-mother of Linda Lipsitt (Rick), Marilyn Strinich (Peter), Barbara Wallace (Rob) and Michael Bogoslowski (Joanne). Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Stella gave to her community and church, and was a past president of the Catholic Women's League of St. Nicholas Parish. She will be fondly remembered by her friends as a professional bingo dabber, touring and winning at the local bingo halls. Stella's family meant everything to her. She always made sure that everyone was together around the dinner table. She was a witty lady with a contagious laugh whose humour left everyone around her smiling. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Resurrection, 821 Upper Wentworth Street, Hamilton on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington.
