Obituary for Shirley Margaret Brown
Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Wednesday January 20, 2021 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Stephen Brown for 70 years. Loving mother to 7 children and Proud grandmother of 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Dear sister of Melita (Murray), Betty (late Stan) and Harold (Barb).
Shirley will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her love for Christmas, ensuring that every child received a gift, her ability to remember every child’s birthdates, special occasions and her joy of playing a great game of Scrabble.
Cremation and a private family gathering has taken place. For those who wish, donations in memory of Shirley to Diabetes Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
