I recently learned of Shirley's passing and feel great sadness at the news. Even though I hadn't seen her for many years, just knowing she was out there in the world was comforting. She was one of my best friends in high school but, regrettably, I lost touch with her after that. She was one of the funniest people I'll ever meet and a steadfast friend who was up for any adventure. I look back on those memories with great fondness and nostalgia. RIP Shirley. xo

Shirley was a close friend if my sister’s in high school and spent many hours at our house. Her sense of humour, easy laugh and big smile are what I remember most. She was lovely and will always be remembered. Sincere condolences to her loved ones. .
