In Memoriam

Sarah was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK. Two years later her sister Rebecca was born. In early life, they travelled with their parents to America, Canada, Saudi Arabia and back to Canada, where her brother James was born. During that time, she enjoyed many family adventures to famous places and camping. Sarah attended and graduated from St. Mildred’s-Lightbourn School in Oakville, Ontario, and later graduated from Western University in London Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies (Hons.) degree.

Following a career in marketing, she married and raised two adorable children, Layla and Gabriel. These were the loves of her life and she spent many hours with them. Sarah loved fashion and the outdoors, including hiking with her children on the trails of Niagara, despite her fear of spiders, snakes, and centipedes. She loved spending time with the family and playing board games. She was a fierce opponent in Scrabble.
She loved animals especially her dogs Henckel, Charlie, and Jazz. Her creative outlets were writing and taking photographs where she displayed a good eye for composition. Sarah also loved listening to music, and especially her famous 80s playlist.

We’ll miss her quirky sense of humour, kind smile, and endearing hugs. We cherish the wonderful times we had together. We will always love and remember her.

Though her smile Is gone forever,
and her hand we cannot touch,
we shall never lose sweet memories
of the one we loved so much.
