Obituary for Robert John "Bob" Simm
On Sunday January 17, 2021 Robert "Bob" John Simm, Loving Husband, Father and Papa, passed away at Toronto General Hospital after a courageous battle with Cancer at the age of 61.
Bob was born March 18, 1959 in Pointe Claire QC. In 1981 Bob met his soulmate Cathy, they married on July 12, 1985. They went on to have four children; Kristy (Justin), Bobby (Kayla), Alex (Kate) and Michael. Bob was always an exceptional father. He then became a Proud Papa to Jamie, Austin, Joshua, Ben, Jake and Diesel. Bob is predeceased by his Father in law William "Joe" Elliott and his Mother in law Anne Elliott, with whom he held a very special bond.
Bob had a passion for fishing and building decks and fences, he also enjoyed being a dedicated volunteer Hockey Coach with BLOMHA for over 25 years.
