Passed away peacefully at home in Burlington, on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at the age of 86 after a short illness. Beloved husband of 59 years to Anne (nee Finnigan). Proud father of Shanna Lee Pendakis (Ray) and Anne Nicole Crocker Wilk (Chris). Cherished grandfather of Jake Peter Prosser. Survived by his sister Sandra Andersen (Ingo), and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Paul Pendakis. Fondly remembered by his devoted nephew Paul Pendakis Jr., and lifelong friend Len Carter. Peter grew up working with his family at Paul’s Victoria Restaurant, Burlington, and retired as a Steelingmaking Supervisor for Stelco Hamilton Works. The family would like to thank Acclaim Health for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday April 15, 2023 from 3-5pm at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOMES 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333).
