Patrick Lawrence Graham
GRAHAM, Patrick Lawrence 57 years, born in Montreal and died suddenly in Burlington on November 26, 2017. Cherished son of Margaret and the late Bill Graham. Predeceased by his dear wife, Charleen Hodge. Deeply loved brother of Ann (Nick), Bob (late Catherine Burrows), Mary (late John Martinelli), Daniel (Cynthia), and Garry (Tami Simard). Proud uncle of Graham, Erin, Dan, Sarah, Rachel, and Ryan. Also, survived by much-loved aunts, uncles, and cousins with whom he shared happy memories. Pat was a loving husband and son, a graduate of Guelph University, an avid birder, photographer, cyclist, and snooker enthusiast. His smile, insightful wit, animated storytelling, courage, and determination will be missed. He will be remembered fondly for his love of life, generous spirit, and hope. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Saturday, December 9th from 12 p.m. until the Service of Remembrance which will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Flowers gratefully declined.
