Smith, Nada (nee Mojsilovich)
Passed away peacefully at The Carpenter Hospice, on Wednesday, March 23 surrounded by family. She will be deeply missed by her husband Lee, and daughters Paige and Hailey. Lovingly missed and remembered by her siblings Donna (Chris), Annemarie and Steve. Predeceased by her parents Mladen and Rose (nee Salemi). A special thank you to the oncology teams at Joseph Brant and Juravinski Hospitals and the wonderful staff at the Carpenter Hospice. As per Nada's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at Burlington Golf &Country Club (www.burlingtongolfclub.com/) on Saturday April 9th, from 3:00 - 6:00 pm. If desired, memorial contributions to Metavivor (www.metavivor.org) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
