Obituary for Moses Wilburn Morgan
Moses Wilburn Morgan died September 21, 2019 at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital at the age of 84. Moses was born in Manchester, Jamaica on April 3, 1935. He met Cynthia and they were married on September 30, 1961 a the age of 26. Shortly after they were married Moses moved to London, England.
Cynthia, and their eldest daughter Pamela joined him in England in 1963. They lived in England for 13 years, where their other 3 children were born; Errol, Mayling and Val. In 1976 Moses alone moved to Canada and in 1977 Cynthia and the 4 children joined him.
Moses was a deeply spiritual person who truly loved his God Jehovah. After studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses, Moses dedicated his life to Jehovah and was baptized in 1975. He loved sharing spiritual truths with others and so was very active in the ministry. Moses served Jehovah courageously for 44 years, faithfully to the day he died.
Moses will be remembered for his encouragement, love for the brotherhood and his welcoming smile. He was predeceased by his parents, his loving sisters Katline and Louise and his brother Sammy. He is survived by his wife Cynthia, children - Pamela, Mayling, Errol and Val, and granddaughters Samantha, Sabrina, Natasha and Olivia. Moses made an impact on many lives due to his self-sacrifice and we have utmost confidence that Moses is safe in Jehovah's memory.
