Heaven gained my most recent guardian angel.

My only one regret is that you won't be there to dance with me on my wedding day. Something that you asked for everytime we had a serious conversation about my future. The most kind and genuine man in my life, taught me so much and cared so much. I'll miss your morning scrambled eggs and toast, and how I never leave your place empty handed, like the one time you made me leave with a watermelon and beer.. Not a good mix by the way. Oh, and the time I brought you to 'show-and-tell' in school for your missing fingers. Your gracious giving nature has helped me out through school and life and I truly appreciate every moment we have spent together, even when we argue about directions and different opinions.

Words will not explain the hole in our hearts from your departure. I love you, grandpa. ❤️

My condolences to my cousins Matt, Derek, Stephen and their families. Even though it is a sad time, at least your dad is no longer suffering.

There are two sets of happy memories for me about Uncle "Mitch": when we were goofy little cousins on Dziadek and Babka's farm, playing Risk at your house, and enjoying holiday meals; and, in our later adult years - not very often, but no less memorable - where I really got to appreciate that your Dad was a humble man with a fun sense of humour.

On the occasions when my daughters interacted with him in his later years, they always enjoyed his company and would say "what a nice man he is!".

You will be missed Wuje! Do widzenia.
Love Edzio, Tracey, Natalie, Angela and Lindsay
