Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital at the age of 79 on Monday September 9, 2019. She will be dearly missed by her children Kent (Jackie) Wootton, Kelly (Joseph Kubik) and grandchildren Samantha and Jennifer Kubik. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday September 12, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Chapel on Friday September 13, 2019 at 10:30 am with a reception to follow at the Funeral Home. For those who wish, donations in memory of Mary to The Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation or the Burlington Lawn Bowling Club and the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
