Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at the age of 89. Beloved daughter of the late Laszlo and Julianna. Much loved sister and friend of Margit Lovrics and the late Julia Szalfeter. Special Aunt to Erica Lovrics, Julie Spinelli and Andrea Perlaky and their families. Remembered by her children Eva, Istvan (Steve) and Marianna (Mari) and their families. Marianna was a long time resident of Burlington, she was an independent woman who enjoyed spending time outdoors especially in her hometown walking along the lake shore.

Visitation will be held at Smith’s Funeral Home, 485 Brant Street (one block north of City Hall), Burlington, on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 12 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Private cremation to follow. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family
