In her 96th year, has passed away peacefully at Sunrise Senior Living in Burlington, on Sunday, March 11, 2018. Born in Montreal, on May 19, 1922, Marnie was the daughter of the late John and Lillie Roy. She was the beloved wife of the late Lt. Commander Gordon Hendery (2017). This lovely lady will be greatly missed by her sons Richard and John, grandson Jeffrey, great-grandson Evan, and is predeceased by grandson Jonathan. As per Marnie's wishes, cremation has taken place. An interment with family will take place in Montreal at a later date. Thank you to all who made Marnie's life rich in friendship. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marnie may be made to Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital or the Salvation Army.
