Cherished son of Carolyn Kwiat and Barry Hugo. Beloved grandson of Ellen Kwiat and the late Richard Kwiat, Dawn Hugo and David Hugo, great grandson of Emily Tuma, Patricia Hugo and Tessa Adonis. Nephew of Julie and Mark Buncher, Nina Hugo and Aaron Phoenix. Cousin of Jude and Sadie Buncher. Cremation and private family service have been held. For those wishing to express their condolences to the Kwiat and Hugo families, a memorial gathering will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 5-7p.m. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Luke are asked to please consider Ronald McDonald House.
