When I heard the terrible news, I naturally started to replay all the memories of Lee Anne from so many years of Reynolds' get-togethers. Those weekends in Streetsville and Oakville were were wonderful times, that don't seem so long ago, although I guess they are. We went from playing 'Sorry" or "Monopoly' as kids to Lee introducing me to the Clash as teenagers. She was obviously much cooler than I was! Lee was honest, funny, very kind, patient, humble and a fantastic story-teller. We laughed a lot. I had a chance to visit with her and Mike when they were in Calgary in 2017, it was so nice to hear her laugh and listen to the all the stories. Now the stories were about Emily and retirement and moving back closer to "home" and also about remembering those times as kids. Lee - thank you for being a great cousin and especially for all the kindness you showed my mom over the years. My sincere condolences to Aunt Fae, Wendy and Jennifer, Mike and Emily and everyone who was lucky enough to know Lee Anne. Andrew Cattran

My family met the Pollingtons when our dogs used to play together at the dog park in our neighbourhood in Ottawa before they moved away. Lee would often come over for coffee with my mom while the dogs played in the backyard. I would sometimes sit down and chat with them and she was such a sweet, outgoing and funny person. She will be very missed by our whole family. Nick

I remember Lee's laugh, and her sense of humour, and her kindness. I remember she liked Caylx perfume, and how she stayed with our family one winter in Kanata. We would sit up at the fireplace and joke and talk about life. I always looked forward to seeing Lee. She was one of those rare people who really listened to people; especially young people- who maybe aren't always used to being listened to and validated. She was a beautiful soul. I am so sorry for your loss, Emily, Mike, and the Pollington and Falls Families.

It has only been 4 short years that we have had the pleasure of having Lee, Mike, and Emily as our neighbours in St. Catharines. I liked Lee right away. How could I not?.....she came over to our house within the first week with a delicious plate of home-baked cookies which we devoured over a cup of tea. Wasn't it supposed to be the other way around?.....I was supposed to welcome her to the neighbourhood with a plate of goodies!! ;-). And that set the tone for the beauty that was Lee. I LOVED her absolute wacky sense of humour that had the perfect timing and facial expressions of a professional comedian. I marvelled at her paintings and artistic talent, wishing that she could teach me how to do so. We could always count on Lee & Mike to care for our animals and watch our house when we went on vacation. Lee was so good to our daughter, Shay ~ it makes my heart swell. Lee, I regret that we never had that Scrabble game that we were going to do.....one day. But, hey, we did get to Bellydance together! :-). I will miss our conversations and our blossoming friendship. So, so sorry that you're gone. Love you. Donna & John & Shay XOXOXOXO
