Obituary for Laurette St-Onge (nee Tardif)
The family of Laurette St-Onge (nee Tardif) of Burlington is saddened to announce her passing on March 2, 2023 at the age of 78 years. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
Laurette was born in Shawinigan, Quebec in 1944.
She leaves behind her spouse of 59 years of marriage, Réjean and her three children: Guylaine (Shawn), Denis (Sonja), and Daniel (Lisa). Her pride and joy were her grandchildren: Jonathan (Alanda), Kristin (Kathleen), Matthew, Brie (David) and Gaihlin (Matt). She also has three wonderful great-grandchildren: Zachary, Helen and Adelaide. She is survived by four siblings: Yvonne (Méderic), Alberte, Camile and Lucie.
Laurette died surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Paroisse Saint-Philippe, 472 Locust Street, Burlington on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11 a.m.
Donations in lieu of flowers to Joseph Brant Hospital.
