Passed away on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at the age of 59 with his family by his side. Loving husband of Vanita Wong for 30 years. Proud father of Serena Tse.
He will be remembered for his appreciation of food, music, and photography. He was known as the "Chef of the House" and loved recreating his favourite restaurant dishes at home.
A special thank you to the staff at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care and kindness. As per Hay's wishes, cremation has taken place. For those who wish, donations in Hay's memory to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation -- Sarcoma Research Fund would be greatly appreciated.
