Kathy was so kind and sweet. I still can hear her lovely, warm voice, and I remember her kind hugs when she would come to visit us in Maryland. She made people feel special and loved, and I will always remember how she, Peter, and other family members came down for Grandma Dara's 90th birthday. With love and prayers, Ingrid

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My heart is greatly saddened. I will always think of Kata in her garden and among her flowers. I treasure the times we shared our faith together. Kata was the first person to point me in the direction of Christian ministry, which I enjoy today because of her discernment and encouragement. I admired her faith, love and dedication to family and our Lord. May she rest in peace and awake to see Jesus whom she served faithfully all her life. Rev. Yvonne (Seka) Miloyevich

Dear Family Kubes,
My heartfelt sympathy to all of you. I remember "Katiza" as we used to call her at church, she was always so friendly!! I remember many years ago when my husband Benjamin and I slept at your home, and she was such a thoughtful host. I always considered her a friend, also her sister Elizabeth, and the girls Hilda and Monica. I really pray that we will soon see Katiza again at the coming of Jesus. To the dear husband, be comforted with the promise "I will never leave you nor forsake you," Jesus said. Trust Him, He is your best friend. I have precious memories from all of you that will live in my heart as long as I live.
