Obituary for Karl Albert Koch
Koch, Karl passed peacefully on January 19, 2018 in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Victoria (2011). Loving father of Herbert (Carol), Karen Bechard (the late Roger, January 18, 2018) and Ruth Davis (Randy), proud grandfather to Patterson, Lindsay (Alain), Nickolas, Evan, Chesley and Kristian, great grandfather to Maddox. Karl also held dear Margaret Ann VanSickle (Brian) and family and will be missed by his extended family and friends, and the Laurin family in particular.
Born in Germany, Karl came to Newfoundland as a machinist in 1953. He moved with Canada Machinery Company to Galt (Cambridge) in 1957. He was an active member of First Church and took great pleasure from many volunteer roles.
A Celebration of Life will take place July 4, 2018, location to be announced.
