Obituary for Joseph Howard Klug

Joseph Howard Klug
Klug, Joseph Howard "Joe"
Passed away at his home on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the age of 78. Best friend and beloved husband of Patricia Klug with whom he shared the greatest of loves. Loving father of Pat, Allison (Leo), and Michael (Liz). Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Conner, Jack, Luke, Daniel, Olivia, Nathan, and Owen. Dear brother of Kay (Matt). Joe will be missed greatly by all his family and dear friends.
Joe will be remembered as the quintessential gentleman, who always greeted you with a friendly smile and thoroughly enjoyed a good laugh. He was happiest when cruising the golf course, surrounded by family, or soaking up the Florida sun with “Rosie Toes”. Joe had many good memories of his time and colleagues working at Mississauga Transit and Credit Valley Golf & Country Club.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, August 20, 2018 from 6-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 10:30am. For those who wish, and in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
