VERETTA, John Joseph
Passed away peacefully at North York General Hospital in Toronto on Thursday, February, 15, 2018 at the age of 81. Beloved husband to Mona. Cherished father of Michael (Cathy) and Lisa. Adored grandfather of Andrew (Jasmine), Evan, and Shawn. Proud great grandfather of Evee. John will be dearly missed by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at St. Christopher’s Anglican Church, 662 Guelph Line, Burlington on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Funeral Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. Guests will be invited to join the family for a time of reception following the service. In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private family interment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to Humber College Student Financial Aid- Jazz Performance (donate.humber.ca) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
