Passed away peacefully at Billings Court Manor in Burlington on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Susanna (Pattie) Kirstein. Loving father of Louis Kirstein (Alma), Susan Slabbert (Deon) and Kobus Kirstein (Christel). Proud grandfather and great grandfather to many. John will be missed by his brother Willem Kirstein of South Africa as well as many extended family members and friends.
In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Remembrance Service to celebrate his life with us will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 89 Dunn St., OAKVILLE on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 4 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to
