John "Jack" Raymond Coulter
July 25, 1931 - February 14, 2019
John "Jack" Raymond Coulter passed away peacefully on February 14, 2019 after a short hospitalization. Beloved father of Michael (Marilyn Turner) and Patrick (Paula Zubek), and grandfather to Chelsea (Kyle) and Adam, loving brother to Maureen Pierson (Jerry). Fondly remembered by all of his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary, son Timothy and his parents Gladys (nee Ferrier) and John Coulter. Jack spent his working career in marketing newspaper advertising and retired in the early 90s. His family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion during his last days. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, March 4, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., followed by a Reception at the Funeral Home. If desired, memorial donations to the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Foundation, Burlington, would be sincerely appreciated by the family .
