Passed away at his home surrounded by the love of his family on April 16, 2021. Will be deeply missed by his wife of 54 years, Joyce. Beloved father of Brian (Lyn), Michael (Beth), Carl (Jennifer), and Ann-Margret (Jeff). Grand father to Kevin (Katie), Curtis, Justin, Caitlyn and Brian Jacob, and great grand father to Jameson, Maxine, Zoey, Layla and Nora. Will be missed by his siblings, Cyd, Kim and Paul. Predeceased by parents William and Nell (nee Stewart) and brother Tony. John was a retiree of Ford where he worked for 38 years. He was a devoted husband, father and friend. John was also a faithful servant of God and Deacon in the New Apostolic Church. He loved family, friends, camping and a daily visit to the corner store to pick up a scratch ticket! For those who wish, donations in memory of John to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
