Pallett, Joan Lillian (nee Gibson)
Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital in her 98th year on September 6, 2020. Joan will be deeply missed by her children Lynn (Bruce), Wendy (Glyn) and Bruce (Luisa), grandchildren Jennifer, Lee-Ann and Carolyn, and great grandchildren Baylee, Cooper, Faith, Paige and Brooke. Joan was predeceased by her parents Cecil and Lillian (Beament), and her grandchildren Meredith (2010) and Brett (2013). Joan was born in India, and spent most of her youth growing up in England. She was a war bride, and immigrated to Canada in winter of 1945. She was a long standing member of St. Luke's Anglican Church, and had a long career working for the Government of Canada Telecommunications, Customs and Excise offices. The family would like to thank the staff at Park Avenue Manor for making our mothers home comfortable for the past 8 years.
