Passed away at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, on Monday, December 16, 2019, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Hazel (nee Hardie) for over 60 loving years. Loved father of Fiona Maxwell (Kenneth), Eileen Rowland (Chris) and Alison Dunsmuir (Dan). Cherished grandfather of Shelby Rowland (Ian Doherty), Gillian Dunsmuir (Nick Sormaz) and Brayden Rowland (Taylor Bene). Dear brother of the late Gordon Maxwell and brother-in-law of Sylvia Rae.
