Passed away at his home in Burlington, on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the age of 42. Beloved son of Gord and Judy Cundell; dear brother of Shannon (Andre) and Tamara (Luis); and loving uncle of Dylan, Abby, Brooke and Kyleigh. A Celebration of Jeff's Life will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Tributes will be held at 6:00pm. All who wish to share a memory about Jeffrey are encouraged to participate. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeffrey’s honour to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
