It is with heavy hearts we announce the loss of our dearest Jacky who passed away at Credit Valley Hospital, on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in her 59th year of life. Cherished mother to Frankie (Shannon) Masefield of Fort Erie, Shawna (Bradley) Laurent of Mississauga and Robert McMullen of Hamilton. Proud grandmother to Jackson and Nico. Beloved sister to Rick Masefield and Beverly Masefield. Forever in the hearts of her extended family and friends across Canada. As per Jacky's wishes, and that of her family, a private cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday April 8, 2023 from 12-1pm, where the Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday April 8, 2023 at 1pm. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
