HOLDEN, Jack
Passed away suddenly at home, on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the age of 90. Dearly loved husband of June (nee Gallagher) for 59 years. Loved father of Craig (Geraldine) and Janice (David Riddles). Cherished grandpa of Michael and Amber (Cory Baird) and great-grandpa of Theodore and Henry. Dear brother of Sheila Adams (Desmond) of Oxford, England. Jack served in the British Army from 1946-1949 and was a retired long-time employee of Studebaker and Mack Truck. A true gentleman with never a bad word to say about anyone, Jack was kind and courteous to all and his generosity touched all those around him.

DAD
He never looks for praises
He’s never one to boast
He just goes on quietly working
for those he loves the most
His dreams are seldom spoken
His wants are very few
And most of the times his worries
Will go unspoken too
He’s there…. A firm foundation
Through all our storms of life
A sturdy hand to hold to
In times of stress and strife
A true friend we can turn to
When times are good or bad
One of our greatest blessings,
The man that we call, Dad.
