Passed away peacefully at the Brant Centre Long Term Care on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Lawrence Bennet. Loving mother of Vanessa Bennet (Aron) and Grant Bennet (Deb). Proud ‘nan’ of Jessica, Meredith, Andrew, Faith and James. Hilda will also be missed by her brother-in-law Curt (Pat) and niece Sue (Tony) from the UK and cousin Carol (Alan) from South Africa.
A special thank you to the staff at the Brant Centre for their care and compassion.
As per Hilda's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish donations in memory of Hilda can be made to the Carpenter Hospice of Burlington or the Red Cross.
