It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Guido “Curly” Cupido at the age of 95, on October 5th, 2019. Predeceased by his loving wife Anna. Beloved father to Dante (Linda) and Raymond (Lorraine). Loving Grandfather to Richard (Kate), Gina (Vince), Carla (Fraser), Kyle (Sara) and his Great Grandchildren: Lucas, Charlotte, Dominic, Carter, Sawyer and Tatum. We also wish to thank his good friend Angela Tamilia, for her care, support and friendship. The family wishes to thank Dr. Michael J. Foster, Dr. Joe Berlingieri, the staff at Joseph Brant Hospital and the staff at LaSalle Retirement Home.
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9 and Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (261 Plains Road East, Burlington) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery. Please join us at the church hall after the interment for a reception to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ALS Society or Alzheimer Society.
