Peacefully passed at the Village of Tansley Woods on July 11, 2019 at the age of 76. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn, sons Jamie (Christalee) and Michael, as well as grandchildren Arissa, Tennessen, and Audrey. Survived by his sister Margaret. Predeceased by his brothers, Jack, Ron, Keith, and Victor. A private cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday July 18 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m., where a Funeral Service and reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gerald to the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton and Halton would be appreciated.
