Gary is survived by his mother; Shirley Léger, his sons; Tyrell, Nathan, and Jacob and his siblings, nephews, niece, uncles and aunts. Gary’s funeral will be held at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, Ontario on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 10:00 am.

Gary, I met you when I was just 16 years old. I had no idea then that you would be a part of my life For the next 33 years. I want to say that I will miss you like crazy, and Gary you will forever remain a part of my life and always be in my heart. Thank you for giving me the most amazing gift a man could give. Our son Tyrell. Through him your memory will remain alive. We miss you so much Gary. Fly with the angels your free.
