Passed away peacefully on Friday March 24, 2023 at Maple Villa, at the age of 94. Frank was born and raised in Burlington on September 4, 1928. Father to Leigh Armstrong (Jeizel) and Jill Armstrong (Paul Masterson); beloved wife of the late May Armstrong for 67 years. Loving grandfather of Emma, Harris and Jaynelle; and loving great-grand-father to Charlotte. Predeceased by his two siblings Beezer (Christopher) and Les Armstrong. Family and friends will be received at the Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington (905-632-3333) on Thursday March 30, 2023 from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 10 a.m. with a reception to follow at the funeral home.
