I was very young when grandma and grandpa bought me my first golf club set of whiffle balls. I lost every one of the balls into their hedges. For years they would call and say, “We found another whiffle ball”. I always get a kick out of that.

Another time I won a bunch of goldfish at a fair. I killed everyone of them trying to keep them alive. I gave my last one to grandma. She kept it in her kitchen window. She kept that darn thing alive for what seemed like a decade.
