Passed away peacefully at the Brant Centre on December 31, 2020 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Jean McIlwrick. Loving father of Elizabeth Hayle and her husband James. Fondly remembered by his niece Anne Samuel and her family. Eric will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A special thank you to the staff at the Brant Centre for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service and interment will be held at St. Luke's Anglican in Burlington at a later date. If wished, donations in memory of Eric to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated.
