MacFARLANE, Elizabeth Ann “Liz” (nee Green) -
Passed away peacefully at Billings Court Manor in Burlington on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the age of 82. Predeceased by devoted husband Malcolm “Ian” MacFarlane (2001). Cherished mother of the late Susan McKay (2018), Greg MacFarlane (Brenda) and Janice Smith (Doug). Loving Nanny of Jackie Folino (Antony), Jeff Smith (Jennifer), Jessica Radon (Damian), Candace Ward, Christopher Ward, and the late Joseph MacFarlane (2014). Proud great-grandma (GG) of Ava, Benjamin, Caleb, Hannah, Harper and Emmie. Dear sister of Alex Green (Bill Williamson) and the late Sydney Green (late Phyllis). Elizabeth will also be fondly remembered by the extended Green and MacFarlane families both here in Ontario and in PEI. Special thank you to the doctors, nurses and support staff at Billings Court for their compassion, kindness and the excellent care provided to Elizabeth during these difficult times. As per her wishes, Private Cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held at this time. Interment to be held at a later date in PEI. In lieu of flowers, to honour Elizabeth’s grandchildren, great-grandchildren and overwhelming love for all children, donations to SickKids would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
