HAYES, Eileen Carmel (Carrie)
Passed away after a brief illness, surrounded by her family, at Joseph Brant Hospital on Saturday May 25, 2019. Beloved wife of Sean Hayes for 53 years. Loving mother of Liam (Kristin), Sean (Kim), Brian (Paty) and Allan (Lisa). Proud nana of Liam, Kaileigh, Dylan, Erynn, Nolan, Brandon, Emmett and Leah. Great-grandmother of Aylah. Carrie will be greatly missed by friends and family both in Canada and Ireland. A special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff of Joseph Brant Intensive Care Unit.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at St. Raphael Parish (4072 New St, Burlington) at 11:00am. For those who wish, donations in memory of Carrie can be made to Sick Kids Hospital.
