WATSON, Dr. Kenneth Gordon
The Lord in his amazing grace called Ken home peacefully at Chartwell Brant Center Long Term Care on Friday, August 30, 2019 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Anne (nee) Walton since January 28, 2000. He will be sadly missed by his daughters, Carolyn Watson, and Deanne Watson, and granddaughter, Alessandra (Steve) Robson. He will also be missed by step-children, Darrell (Audrey) Tompkins, David Tompkins (Lia), and Grandchildren, Yuha, and his mother, Heejeong Kim, and Liam Bindle, Cheryl (Jan-Berend) Jenson Van Rensburg, Joel (Lauren) Tompkins, Kathleen (Jamie) Boyce and great-grandchildren, Lydia and Daniel. Predeceased by his parents, Harold and Rose Watson and brothers, Carlton (late Jessie), Donald, Albert (Rosemary) and Gilbert.
Ken practiced Dentistry in the Kingsway area, Toronto, Chatham and many years in Brantford Ontario.He was also an avid reader and photographer.
Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. Further visitation in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 9:00am until the time of Celebration of Life at 10:00am. Reception to follow. Private family interment at a later date, Burlington Memorial Gardens. If so desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to Christians for Israel (c4i.com), Crossroads.ca, Heart and Stroke, Alzheimer Society, or charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
