Passed away peacefully at The Village of Tansley Woods, on December 25, 2020 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald "Doug" Stephenson Lawless. Loving mother of the late Murray and the late Dianne. Dear sister of the late Helen Habkirk and the late Dr. John Turnbull (Marian), and the late William "Bill" Turnbull (Marie). Dorothy will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a longtime member of the Burlington Golf and Country Club, and a former member of the Burlington Curling Club. She was a member of Wellington Square United Church and was an active volunteer with the Burlington unit of the Canadian Council of the Blind. A special thank you to Karen Pettit, Tansley Woods Care Givers and Staff, CCAC March of Dimes, Dr. Jerome and LHIN. A private family service will take place. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
