Passed away peacefully at The Carpenter Hospice in Burlington on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the age of 92. Loved wife of the late Edward “Eddie” S. Green (March 1995). Predeceased by her parents, Crawford and Beatrice Smith, Seaforth, Ontario and brother Dr. D. G “Bud” Smith, Hamilton, Ontario and Cleveland, Ohio. In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at a later date. (Arrangements entrusted to SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, BURLINGTON 905-632-3333.)
