Kosak, Donald “Don” Joseph
Suddenly on Wednesday February 5, 2020 at the age of 65 our beloved Don passed away. Don was a loving, intelligent, dedicated, remarkable family man who always listened, and made people feel like they were heard and cared for. Willing to lend a hand to anyone in need, Don’s strong and supportive nature impacted so many lives for the better. He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather (papa), and friend. Survived by loving wife Sharon. Proud father of Trisha (Shawn), Sean (Melanie), and Chad (Laura). Loving grandfather to Kendra, Alyssa, Benjamin and Avery. Brother to Susan (Gord) and Peggy (Ernie). Predeceased by Chad, Alyssa and Peggy. He will also be missed by mother-in-law Ruth Jarmoc and many extended friends and family. Don will be missed by all. His love lives on in the hearts of his family.
Don was passionate about spreading awareness and education for people living with loved ones suffering from Alzheimer's and dementia. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
Visitation at Compass Point Bible Church, 1500 Kerns Road, Burlington ON, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 11 am until 12 pm, followed by a funeral service at 12 pm and reception in the church hall.
