Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 25, 2022 at his home in Burlington, ON at the age of 61. Predeceased by his parents Ted and Olga Wlazlak. Loving father of Shaneill. Cherished brother of Darrell. Derrick will also be deeply missed by many extended family members and friends. In keeping with Derrick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services held at this time. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to Diabetes Canada would be sincerely appreciated.
