Obituary for Denise Marie Brooke (Mongeau)

Denise Marie  Brooke (Mongeau)
Peacefully in her 90th year at Billings Court Manor, Burlington on Friday, August 3, 2018. Pre-deceased by her husband Gerry (2012). Beloved mother of Larry (June), Shelley (Rob Lardie), all of Burlington, Andrew (Josie) of Toronto, and Stephen (Manju) of Markham. Cherished grandmother of Cooper, Corey, Paul (Lisa), Benjamin, Meaghan, Owen and great-grandmother of Sarah. Dear sister of Nicole Vangenhassend of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and sister-in-law of Daphne O'Sullivan of Burlington. Will be dearly missed by her special friends Joanne McArthur and Judi McCann. A memorial gathering to celebrate Denise's life will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant St (one block north of city hall) Burlington (905-632-3333) on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 7-9 pm. Private urn interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy to the Good Shepherd Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
