Daryll Delano Fitzner (previously Svardala) (nee Ironside)
Passed away peacefully at Creek Way Village, Burlington on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at the age of 87. Loving mother of Kim (Alan) Clarke and Dawn (Stephen) Taylor. Cherished grandmother of Lauren (Matt), Joanna and Christopher. Fondly remembered with love by her sister Penny and nephews Michael and Jason. Daryll was an Elementary School Teacher for the Halton School Board and then an active member of the Retired Women Teachers of Ontario. Music was an integral part of Daryll’s life, including church choirs and the Burlington Choral Society. An accomplished majorette, she competed in twirling competitions and also coached others. Private cremation. As per Daryll's request, no formal services will be taking place.
