It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of their husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather at the age of 92. Beloved husband of 66 years to Lillian. Also survived by sons Tom (Nancy), Dave (Carolyn), John (Claire), and Peter (Sue). Kees/Casey was also blessed with 10 grandchildren (and their spouses) and 11 great-grandchildren. Other family members include a brother, his wife and family and two nieces and their families in Canada, and in Holland a sister, a brother, and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. A special thank you to the caring staff at the Brant Centre (Aldershot) who gave Kees/Casey such special care during the last 5 1/2 weeks of his life.
